I was in Birtragunta between 1974 to 76 and I still remember the glory of this Railway Town. My uncle TS Abraham was driver and the sounds of the engines could be heard throught the day. The town was live with many anglo indians. Even my brother married an australian. The town has vast grounds and fit to play football. There is a big cemetery and a small church adjacent to it. We used to go that Church with our neighbour Mrs Welsh. Now every glory of the town has gone. Two years ago, I visited the place on Nov 2nd on all souks day. Pity to see the town in present condition.<br />Mohan Rao PinjerlaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14160681243817984441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6481622.post-84037743503978161282019-12-21T08:55:54.086+05:302019-12-21T08:55:54.086+05:30Had been 60 90 2014 wht a change nw only wildernes...Had been 60 90 2014 wht a change nw only wilderness shrubs most quarters vacant why not sell or lease fr making drones Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15569678444110009256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6481622.post-27195802374781888072019-10-04T11:57:34.094+05:302019-10-04T11:57:34.094+05:30Lot of abandoned steam shedsLot of abandoned steam shedsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15569678444110009256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6481622.post-24009751236887590322019-09-05T23:08:51.182+05:302019-09-05T23:08:51.182+05:30naa peru jayaraj. maa naanna AT.kanakaraj railway ...naa peru jayaraj. maa naanna AT.kanakaraj railway trade union naayakulu ga vundevaaru.railway kaarmikula kosam aluperugani poratam chesevaaru.bitragunta ku tirigi poorva vaibhavam raavalani korukuntunnamu.aneka saarlu deenipy poratsm chesamu.abhivrudde maa lakshyam.dhanyavaadalu.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17214476436762577145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6481622.post-18315099106797130992012-07-21T20:17:36.983+05:302012-07-21T20:17:36.983+05:30I am from chennai, was in rmhs bitragunta 76-81, f...I am from chennai, was in rmhs bitragunta 76-81, fantastic school days, the place and the trains, calling them in nos.
